Every Spark Global Teen LAB builds towards a Grand Finale
The moment when two weeks of rigorous learning culminate in something real.

Students turn their ideas into a fully developed venture, pitch deck, or strategic challenge, then present it to professionals who work and educate in that field. It's a genuine test: rigorous scrutiny, honest feedback, and the chance to be judged by the standards of the industry they've spent a fortnight exploring. Students leave Oxford having done more than complete a programme. They've proven what they're capable of, in front of the people who set the bar.
