Sponsor a Teen
Every July, ambitious students aged 15 to 18 come to Oxford for 14-day Teen LABs in the fields shaping the next economy: AI and innovation, finance and investment, bio-tech and future medicine, entrepreneurship and venture, and leadership.
Students work on real problems in small international teams, test their thinking with Oxford-style tutors, and close the fortnight by presenting to an expert panel. It is demanding, and for many of them it is the first time they have seen what those careers actually look like.
Talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Sponsoring a teen opens a place to a student who has earned it, and puts your organisation behind the applied skills employers say are hardest to find: communication, judgement, and the ability to work well with people unlike yourself.
This is not an advertising package.
What it offers is early-stage talent development, and at the top level, a named scholarship for a student who has earned their place.

Leadership Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling
Our mentoring programme offers individual coaching sessions with experienced coaches to help you develop your personal and professional journey.
We also provide a unique opportunity for teens to be paired with current college students. This allows them to gain insights into the college experience and learn directly from those who are living it.
